When a homeowner in Marengo, OH called us about his crawl space, we knew we could help. The area was wet, dirty, and moldy. In addition, there were vents and an old wooden access door that weren't doing a good job of keeping critters out of the home.

Our certified inspector, Mitch Mink, visited the home to do a thorough inspection and provide a free quote for a permanent repair. The homeowner was convinced we were the best option and we scheduled one of our crews, led by foreman Byron Salinas, to come out and install the products.

To solve this issue, we installed a CleanSpace vapor barrier, a SmartPipe crawl space perimeter drainage system, a SmartSump sump pump, and CleanSpace vent covers. We also installed an Everlast door so the homeowner can still access the crawl space, but it will properly seal off the space from outside elements.

Now, the crawl space is immaculately clean and dry—and it can be used for safe storage! The homeowner is thrilled with the work we completed and can't believe the results.
