Zach explained to the homeowner that we would fix the foundation walls using eleven PowerBrace steel I-beams, but if we don't also take care of the water problem the foundation will become unstable again. Per Zach's recommendation, Foreman Andy Santos and his crew installed 22ft of WaterGuard, which is our favorite interior drainage system. WaterGuard sits along the interior perimeter of the basement and redirects water to the sump pump. Once that was installed, the crew put up the I-beams which help stabilize the wall and even straighten it over time.
