This crawlspace was being protected by only a thin sheet of plastic. Moisture was still coming in, making this space humid and musty. Our crew installed the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier system to keep the space clean, dry and able to be used as storage.

This homeowner had a cluttered basement and wanted to utilize their crawl space for storage. To keep the area dry and protect their belongings, they reached out to Mid-State Basement Systems for a solution. A vapor barrier in a crawl space helps control moisture and protect against mold.

This homeowner was in need of a new sump pump. They called Mid-State Basement systems after finding our website. Our service technician Manual came out and replaced the sump pump with one of our TripleSafe sump pump systems. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.
