This homeowner called Mid-State Basement Systems to take a look at their wet basement. After a recent storm, their basement had flooded, causing damage to come of their belongings. They were hoping to prevent this from happening again. We sent out Zach Vandemark to inspect the property and make a recommendation.

Zach suggested the WaterGuard Interior Drainage System and an UltraSump sump pump to help prevent any future water damage.

The WaterGuard system is installed inside the basement along the perimeter to effectively capture wall and floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor. Water enters the system via inlet holes and flows through the drainage pipe to the sump pump. The UltraSump comes with a back-up battery to ensure your sump pump keeps working even if the power goes out.
