Basement Waterproofing Before & After Photos

George S. in Marion, OH had water coming in through one of his basement walls, so he called Mid-State Basement Systems for help. We sent out one of our certified inspectors, Steve Davis, to take a look at the situation and provide a free estimate for repair. He suggested using the WaterGuard sub-floor drainage system to waterproof the perimeter of the basement. The homeowner thought this sounded like a great product, so he decided to go with our company. Our crew, led by foreman Byron Salinas, installed the WaterGuard and new conductor lines to make sure the water was routed to the sump pump and out of the home.

WaterGuard's unique design catches intruding water from the walls, on top of the floor, and under the floor. This way, the water will be drained before it can get into the basement and cause damage.

A basement in Hilliard, Ohio needed to be waterproofed, so we used many of our products to do it. Water can escape the pipe outlet even if it is buried beneath a foot of ice and snow, allowing the sump pump to keep the basement dry.
