This community swimming pool needed support for it's water slide which had been built on soft soil. Our team installed hellical piers around four concrete foundation blocks to help stabilize and support the water slide.

The exposed crawl space in West Liberty, OH was vulnerable to the elements, leading to mold growth in the humid outdoor air and allowing debris to accumulate inside. Foundation walls begin to buckle, bow, or tilt inward from outside pressure from soil and water and can eventually cause foundation walls to collapse. The PowerBrace system is designed to stabilize failing basement walls and can help straighten them over time.

We installed SmartJacks throughout the crawlspace, making the foundation stronger and straightening out the sagging floors. Now the homeowner can live worry-free knowing their floor is stable.
