With the inter months approaching, this homeowner wanted to ensure their discharge lines didn't freeze. We installed the patented IceGuard system, an anti-freeze fitting that is installed outside of your home and ejects water away from the foundation in the event that the sump pump discharge lines freeze or become clogged.

This crawl space was completely unprotected and causing musty air and humidity issues in the home. Our CleanSpace vapor barrier sealed the entire area and solved these problems.

The homeowner noticed their floors felt bouncy, which raised concerns prompting them to call us. Upon inspection, our team found that the cinderblocks supporting the home were sinking, causing the issue. To address this, we installed 8 SmartJacks for additional support.
