This old sump pump was no match for the heavy rains that recently hit the area. This basement flooded, and the homeowners called us to help prevent this from happening again. Our crews installed WaterGuard around the perimeter of the basement, as well as a brand new battery backup system for the Sump Pump. 

This homeowner was in need of a new sump pump. They called Mid-State Basement systems after finding our website. Our service technician Manual came out and replaced the sump pump with one of our TripleSafe sump pump systems. For normal functioning, the TripleSafe has a powerful, cast-iron Zoeller ⅓ horsepower sump pump set at the lowest level. For heavy volumes of water or in case of primary pump failure, a second, more powerful Zoeller ½ hp pump set a bit higher in the liner will take over.

This home's foundation was only being supported by stacks of cinder blocks. This was no longer working, causing the floor to sag and become bouncy. Our crew installed the SmartJack system to permanently support the foundation.

The CarbonArmor Wall Reinforcing System, developed with technology from the Army Corps of Engineers, stabilizes bowing and cracking foundation walls, similar to how bomb shelters, skyscrapers, and bridges are reinforced. Safe to say these basement walls are stabilized permanently!
