Installing WaterGuard
The WaterGuard system is placed in the trench just above the footing, ensuring proper drainage while staying clog-free. It's then secured with clean stone before being covered with fresh concrete for a seamless finish.

Preparing for Waterproofing
Our team begins by excavating a small trench along the perimeter of the basement floor to install the WaterGuard drainage system, which will collect and redirect water to the sump pump.

Exterior Drainage & IceGuard Installation
Outside, we connected the sump pump's discharge line to a buried drainage system, ensuring water is safely directed away from the home. We also installed IceGuard, which prevents backups by allowing water to escape if the discharge line freezes in winter.

Sealing the System
After the WaterGuard is fully placed and the sump pump is installed, we pour new concrete over the trench, blending it into the existing floor while maintaining accessibility for future maintenance.
