Foreman Miguel Martinez and the Mid-State crew installed 120 of WaterGuard interior drainage and a brand new UltraSump sump pump system. The WaterGuard system is installed inside the basement along the perimeter to effectively capture wall and floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor. Water enters the system via inlet holes and flows through the drainage pipe to the sump pump. The UltraSump comes with a back-up battery to ensure your sump pump keeps working even if the power goes out.
