After installation, there were a few things that needed fixed. The second person (a supervisor I think) came out and put everything right. We have had two annual inspections since. '23 was fine. This year we had Milton. He was awesome! He saw, and fixed, a couple of things others hadn't even mentioned. He questioned a stain on the plastic in the crawl space - I told him that was a residual from the dehumidifier not being placed correctly - out of level - and the water ran onto the floor instead of into the sump. He had cleaned it up and double checked everything just in case it was a current problem. I'll ask specifically for Milton next year!
