What made you choose our company:

My contractor has worked with Mid-State before and I trust his judgement. However, I quickly developed a very positive impression on own, beginning with the initial visit to the site, problem assessment, and price quote. After that, a site supervisor followed up because he was having trouble visualizing the problem from the photos he had seen. He quickly ascertained that the problem was worse than initially suspected. I readily agreed (it was actually more in line what I suspected). Although this meant it was going to cost me more, I was more comfortable that the proposed solution was going to address the problem. When the work crew began digging up the floor, they discovered that it was worse yet and the expected one day job would now take two. However, I was assured there would be no additional expense on my part and that proved to be the case. At no time did I feel that this was a bait-and-switch operation. I knew they were being honest with me. Now, despite three or four heavy rainfalls, the fix is working perfectly. Everyone I dealt with in this process was a true professional!
