Job review from Alan in Columbus, OH 43213 on 04/11/22

Out system was installed by Basement Doctor but they no longer service Basement Systems. Contacted Mid-Ohio Basement Systems and had an estimator come out and reset the system. Didn't think it needed anything else but suggested having a technician come out just to check everything out. Tyler and Mike came out and said that the reason for the fault light was probably a power surge and everything was working fine. They checked the backup battery and said that it was not recharging and I should think about having it replaced. They did not charge for a service call since everything checked out. Finally a company that is interested in doing what is right for the customer and not try to sell thousands of dollars of unneeded equipment. These two technicians were great. We would call Mid-Ohio again in a second if needed.
