This homeowner came to Mid-State Basement Systems with complaints of water damage in her basement. She wanted to be able to use her basement for storage, but was unable to do so due to the consistent water coming in whenever there was a heavy rain. Our foreman Nate, and his crew of Lane and Zues, got to work. They proceeded to install 80 square feet of WaterGuard trench drains, CleanSpace vapor barrier, the TripleSafe Sump Pump, along with the IceGuard Discharge Line System to prevent freezing during the winter months. Additionally, a LawnScape outlet was integrated, enabling water to exit onto the surface while discreetly concealing the pipe's end with a lid that could be easily removed for cleaning purposes.
