A homeowner in Portsmouth, OH called Mid-State Basement Systems because water was pouring into his basement after heavy rain. We sent out one of our certified inspectors to scout out the problem and provide a free quote for a permanent repair. The homeowner decided to go with our company, so we scheduled our crew to go out and install the products. The crew, led by foreman Milton Castro, installed WaterGuard, a SuperSump sump pump, and new drainage and conductor lines.  WaterGuard is a one-of-a-kind drainage system that sits directly on the concrete footer of the home along the inside perimeter of the basement. This drain will move water into the SuperSump, which will pump it out through the drainage and conductor lines and away from the home.
