This crawl space in Washington Court House, OH had years of water and moisture damage that rotted the floor joists.  In order to rectify the problem, Mid-State Basement Systems installed a SmartSump sump pump system to eliminate the risk of any future flooding. Once that was taken care of, the team replaced all of the floor joists, using SmartJacks for support. Because there was a risk of the floors caving in, the homeowners were unable to host their family for the holidays this year, but with their newly repaired crawl space they are excited to host many future holidays with their family.
