Now the Service Manager, Tony is responsible for the Service Call Center. Tony's skillset has prepared him well for all escalated Service appointments, emergency services, and customer visits. He works hard to ensure customer satisfaction, and help problem solve any issues that may arise. Not only does Tony work on the road, but he is also in the office with his team coordinating maintenance appointments. Tony is a valuable asset and a strong leader. We are lucky to have him on board!
