This partially finished basement had water seeping in through the walls. Worried this could lead to a bigger problem, the homeowner called Mid-State Basement Systems for a solution. We sent out Mitch Mink to inspect the property and make a recommendation.
Mitch suggested the WaterGuard Interior Drainage System and two UltraSump sump pumps. The WaterGuard system is installed inside the basement along the perimeter to effectively capture wall and floor seepage before it reaches the basement floor. Water enters the system via inlet holes and flows through the drainage pipe to the sump pump. The UltraSump comes with a back-up battery to ensure your sump pump keeps working even if the power goes out.
Foreman Brent Lopez and the Mid-State crew installed the drainage system and the new sump pump to protect the basement and keep it dry.
