Heavy Rains Cause Leaky Basement in Warsaw, OH

When a homeowner faced a leaking basement after the recent rainstorms, they contacted Mid-State Basement Systems for assistance. We promptly sent a trained inspector to assess the property and recommend the best course of action.

We advised installing the WaterGuard Interior Drainage System and an UltraSump sump pump to prevent future water damage.

The WaterGuard system is placed inside the basement, running along the perimeter to catch wall and floor seepage before it can reach the floor. The water flows through inlet holes into the drainage pipe and is directed to the sump pump. The UltraSump features a backup battery to ensure functionality even during power failures.

Our professional Mid-State crew successfully installed both the drainage system and the new sump pump, ensuring the basement stays dry.

New Sump Pump Installed in Warsaw, OH

This homeowner from Warsaw, OH reached out to us about his partially finished basement. He wanted a more permanent replacement for his current sump pump.
