Our solution was to install the WaterGuard Interior Drainage System along with an UltraSump sump pump to prevent future water damage.

The WaterGuard system is set up inside the basement along the perimeter to catch wall and floor seepage before it reaches the floor. Water enters through inlet holes and is directed through a drainage pipe to the sump pump. The UltraSump comes equipped with a backup battery to ensure continuous operation even during power outages.

Simultaneously, the crawl space was encapsulated using the CleanSpace Vapor Barrier and SilverGlo thermal wall insulation, which effectively sealed off moisture and provided protection against structural wood rot and mold growth.

These transformative measures not only addressed the homeowner's immediate concerns but also promised lasting benefits for both the crawl space and the floors, leaving her home in a far more comfortable and stable condition.
