Tom had noticed water pooling in his crawl space whenever it rained. He was deeply concerned, as he used the space to store personal belongings. Since Mid-State Basement Systems had done work for the previous owner of the home, Tom decided to reach out to them for a free estimate to protect his valuables.

One of our trained inspectors visited Tom's home to inspect the crawl space. Although a sump pump had already been installed, it was placed in the wrong location and lacked a proper drainage system, making it largely ineffective.
